Before contacting support
- Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings > Notifications > Tend Pets.
- Confirm the care time and repeat setting in Tend Pets > Add tab.
- For subscriptions, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
- For purchase issues, restore purchases via Tend Pets > Settings > Restore Purchase.
Common questions
- How do I delete my data? Open Tend Pets > Settings > Delete all pet data. This permanently removes all pets, reminders, and records from your device.
- Does Tend Pets sync between devices? Not in this version. All data stays on the device where it was entered.
- Can I export my pet records? Yes — Settings > Export data shares a JSON file via the iOS share sheet.
Medical note
Tend Pets cannot answer veterinary questions. Contact a veterinarian for diagnosis, dosage, treatment, or emergency care.
